Founders Story
Hi, I'm Spencer Williams, Founder of Sandbox Game Lounge and licensed entrepreneur with SW Unlimited LLC
If you’ve been in SouthPark Mall over the last decade, you’ve probably seen me.
I’ve poured coffee at McDonald’s, served popcorn at Cinemark, managed CLE23 Clothing, and ran full holiday seasons at Go! Calendars and Games.
I also spent years landscaping luxury homes across Northeast Ohio and designing branding for local businesses.
At 25, I took a leap of faith and opened Sandbox Game Lounge - right here in Southpark Mall. I invested my time and resources from landscaping, art, and retail into creating a space where imagination meets innovation. What started as a simple idea became something bigger, a community built around creativity, competition and connection.

Running Sandbox taught me everything, how to handle pressure, lead people, market a vision, manage money, and serve a community. It showed me that I wasn't just a business owner, I am a builder. I realized my purpose wasn't just to entertain people but to impact them.

That's when I stepped into financial education, helping families understand money, legacy, and freedom. I didn't come from wealth or experience, but I knew I could learn, lead, and build something meaningful. If I can do it, anyone can do it.

Today, I'm still building businesses, communities, and leaders. Because this journey isn't about hype, it's about legacy.

And I'm just getting started

Team Story
Sandbox was built on the foundation of every mentor, every lesson, and every opportunity I earned along the way.

Age 13 - 'Party for a Living'

My first job was doing children's birthday parties, dressing up as characters, tying balloons, and face painting. That's where I first learned how to host events, entertain families, and create an experience kids never forget.

Years later, I'm still hosting birthdays just on a bigger stage.

Age 16 Jim - The Artist Years
Jim at Bullseye Activewear didn’t just hire me as an artist. He trusted me with Fortune 500 clients, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Sherwin-Williams, AMG Peterbilt, and high-value corporate accounts. From local startups to multimillion-dollar brands, I handled designs, deadlines, customer proofing, and branding that represented real money and real consequences.

Mark - The Landscaping Years

With Mark at Ohio State Landscaping, I spent six years shaping, trimming, and maintaining some of the most beautiful properties in Northeast Ohio. It taught me discipline, precision, physical grit and how to take pride in visible transformation. That discipline followed me into every business I built.

Mike - The Retail years
At 21 years old, Mike at CLE23 handed me the keys to run his third retail storefront in a new city, managing staff, payroll, scheduling, and day-to-day sales. It was the first time someone trusted me with a full operation.
Moe - The Spark Behind Sandbox
Moe believed in me before Sandbox existed. He put me in charge of his team during the busiest mall shopping seasons and treated me like a partner. He helped me bring the vision to life.
Altaf, Nanda, & Akki - The leaders who Sharpened My Mindset.

At 27, I stepped into the financial service industry and was promoted by some of the top leadership in the country.

These are entrepreneurs who built massive teams, created financial freedom from nothing, and live by the principle that leaders don't fear risk, they multiply opportunity. Under them I learned the mindset behind wealth:

Duplication
Leadership
Systems
Scalability
And building people, not just businesses.

They didn't just teach me about finances. They taught me how to think, how to lead, and how to build something bigger than myself. Being under their mentorship wasn't luck, it was alignment.
Each mentor shaped a different part of me creativity, leadership, precision, pressure, and the ability to build something from nothing.
Legacy & Financial Education
Sandbox opened the door, but leadership opened my next chapter. Through SW Unlimited LLC and the financial services industry, I now help families understand money, protection, life insurance, generational wealth, legacy planning
I didn’t grow up with wealth, but I learned how to build it, and now I teach what I know.
This journey isn’t about hype.
It’s about legacy, impact, and purpose.
And I’m just getting started.

Why Families Trust Sandbox
Because Sandbox wasn’t built by a corporation.
It was built by someone who:
-
grew up right here
-
served this community for years
-
learned from local entrepreneurs
-
built every inch of this space with intention
-
cares about people, legacy, and connection
